President Obama Ends "No Child Left Behind", New Promise to Kids and American Education

This is one of the best things he could have done to remove some of the damage Emperor Bush did in 8 years.

"And, for the first time in 45 years, the White House is proposing a $4 billion increase in federal education spending, most of which would go to increase the competition among states for grant money and move away from formula-based funding."

I'm just for once not angry at the executive branch. He cuts down on piff arrests and really wants to fix the schools.
